POLITICS FOR THE QUALITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT
More and more, nowadays, the quality is a decisive variable for the
competitiveness of a company, for which it cannot be entrusted to
the good will or the professional competence of the single one, but
must be put into effect with a precise program of business management.
The PARAVIA International srl is totally aware that the correct management
of the business processes essential for its success, for the satisfaction
of the customer and for the waits of environmental improvement regarding
the territorial context in which it works. PARAVIA International wants
that the managerial activities and the operative processes, from the
production to the sale, until the offer of products and services,
are Customer oriented, managed in the name of the sustainable development,
which says that the evolution of the technology has to be realized
safeguarding the environment. So, it’s necessary that all the
Staff is actively involved in a process continuous and structured
process of information, and that the formation, concerning all the
things that can contribute at improvement and the understanding of
the principles of the Quality and the Environment, including, between
the involvement opportunities, also one active communication between
the Staff and the Direction. PARAVIA International is engaged to pursue
a political of continuous improvement of its own performances concerning
the quality and the environment, diminishing, where it is technically
possible and economically sustainable, every negative impact that
its activities can have towards the environment. The general targets
that PARAVIA International means to guarantee are: • The maintaining
of an effective Quality and Environment Integrated management system
according to the requirement of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, of the UNI
EN ISO 14001:2004, and according to the respect of the lawyers requirements
and of the other voluntary environmental requirements, in its processes,
products and services. To assure that its own activities are carried
out in conformity with the enforced dispositions of law and with the
eventual codes of practical underwritten, and to carry out some programs
of improvement of our performances.
To carry out every effort in organizational, operatives
and technological terms, in order to prevent the pollution, of the
water, the air and the ground.
To Minimize the consumption of energy, water and of raw materials
and the production of the refusals, favouring their recovery, when
it’s possible.
To promote the sensitiveness and the involvement of the Staff so
that the Politics for the Quality and the Environment, such as the
relative system of management are comprised, put into effect and maintained
at every level of the organization and that the system is supported
from periodic and systematic activities of formation and training.
To keep available, to the interested ones who ask for it, the content
of its own Environmental Politic, informing the customers, the suppliers
and all the interested parts, on the activities that they have already
undertaken or that they agree to undertake, for the protection of
the environment, so that they assume correct environmentally behaviours,
according to the Environmental Politic declared.
To plan, to carry out and to verify, through plans
and programs, the targets concerning the Improvement of the Management
System for the Quality and the Environment, that are periodically
defined, checked by the Direction and agreed through the instrument
of the Re-examination and of all the correlated registrations.
The Direction of PARAVIA International expresses and diffuses these
targets towards the Customers, the structures inside the company,
and of the external parts interested to the safeguard of the environment,
doing all the efforts to attain them.
